Energy Healing is any healing work designed to balance and restore the energy centres flow. 

Our natural flow of energy moves towards perfect health and well-being. Stress is a major cause of discomfort in our lives, when left unresolved this negative energy stays in our Aura, muscles or any other part of the body that is vulnerable at that moment.

An Energy Healing session has an initial assessment phase of the client's current situation by getting information tracing the cause of any discomfort through the physical, emotional or psychological symptoms to its roots deep within the psyche. 

The second phase is about choosing the best treatment to heal the problem. In my experience, most physical, emotional and psychological ailments are deeply rooted in the past to be more precise the inner child holds key insights as to what needs to be healed. 

Healing starts when you accept the true nature of the situation from which all symptoms originated and a willingness for a better life including for the people that hurt you.
