  • Putting on a mask of success, but all you want to do is hide under the duvet – you have lost the spark of who you are

  • Being everyone else's support system or the glue that holds everything around you together

  • You want to create new things in life but are secretly afraid you will not be able to handle this level of pressure or responsibility.

What if I told you that Your HEART holds the KEY to step into your highest potential?

This is the reason why you are not moving forward in life.

Glastonbury is the Heart chakra of the world

Glastonbury. The small town dates back to prehistory,

and the area surrounding it has been a spiritual centre

for millennia.

Glastonbury Tor is a cone-shaped hill 500 feet high,

that is topped by the ruins of the 15th-century bell tower

of the Church of St. Michel’s.

Remains from as far back as 5,000 BC indicate the presence of a large stone circle astrological calendar.

Two key Ley lines—the Michael and Mary Ley lines—are believed to converge at Glastonbury Abbey. Ley lines are a vast network of lines of spiritual electromagnetic energy that cross at sacred sites, where mounds, holy wells, ancient ruins, temples, and churches are often located.

These lines are very similar to the meridians in the human body, which cannot be seen by the physical eye, but carry the chi or prana of the body.

The Chalice Well is a sacred spot connected to streams and waterfalls that cascade down from mountaintops and the underground springs that carry healing waters.

The Avebury Stone Circle is a beautiful and powerful Energy Centre where the stone circles vibrate to a high frequency of Love. Join us for a soft and very gentle transformation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What makes this Mount Shasta retreat different from other retreats?

Mount Shasta is known as one of the world’s great energy centers, often called the “root chakra of the Earth.” This retreat is designed to help you experience that energy directly through quiet time in nature, simple guided practices, and visits to sacred sites. We move slowly, allowing both the mountain and your own rhythm to guide the journey.

Do I need to have previous experience with energy work, meditation, or spirituality to join?

Not at all. Many people arrive as beginners. Everything will be explained step by step in a very grounded way, so you can take part at your own pace. The most important thing you bring is openness.

How physically active is the retreat? Will there be much hiking?

There will be gentle walks to waterfalls, meadows, and sacred springs. Some trails are flat, others a little steeper, but always with time to pause and breathe. If you have mobility concerns, let me know in advance so we can adjust.

What is included in the retreat price, and what is not?

Your investment includes all guided practices, ceremonies, and group materials. Travel to Mount Shasta, accommodation, and meals are not included, giving you freedom to choose what best suits you. I’ll provide a list of recommended places to stay and eat.

How many people will be in the group?

To keep the circle intimate and personal, we limit spaces (usually 8 to 12 people). This ensures everyone has time to be heard, supported, and truly connected.

Will there be time for personal reflection as well as group activities?

Yes. Alongside group experiences, each day includes space for journaling, solo walks, or quiet rest. This is where the mountain often speaks most clearly to you.

What should I pack for the retreat?

Comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing (mountain weather changes quickly), a water bottle, and a journal. A shawl or light blanket can be lovely for meditation by the springs. A full packing guide will be sent once you book.

Can I come alone, or do I need to bring someone?

Most people come alone and leave with lifelong friends. The group quickly becomes a supportive circle. You’ll be warmly welcomed, whether solo or with a companion.

What kind of meals will be provided? Can you cater for dietary needs?

Meals are not included, but Mount Shasta town has excellent cafes and restaurants with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I’ll share my recommended favorites before you arrive.

What happens if the weather changes?

Mount Shasta’s weather can shift from sunshine to mountain mist in a day. We adapt easily, moving between outdoor and sheltered spaces. Rain and snow often bring their own beauty and deepen the experience.

How do I get to Mount Shasta and where should I stay?

The closest airports are Redding, Medford, and Sacramento. From there, it’s an easy drive or shuttle. Once you’ve booked, I’ll send detailed travel tips and accommodation options, from cozy lodges to boutique cabins.

I feel drawn but a little nervous. How do I know if this retreat is right for me?

If something inside you stirs at the thought of Mount Shasta, that’s often the sign. You don’t need to feel “ready” — you just need curiosity and willingness. If you’d like to talk it through, we can schedule a short call before you decide.
