For us empaths and highly sensitive people is important to keep in mind that even though we love our Family, partners and friends, taking care of everyone can most times be too much, especially if we tend to take on the energy and emotions of others around us.


...Here are some suggestions that can help you during times of trouble to CREATE a peaceful environment at home, work or when travelling.

#1: Energy Healing Hygiene

🚿 Take a long shower and wash your hair

Hopefully, you can get

🦶A plastic container big enough to put both feet in

💦 Fill it in with warm water

🧂 Add 2 tablespoons of salt (any salt)

🧴 2 drops of Lavender essential oil

🧘🏻‍♀️ Watch an Emotional release meditation from Master Co (you'll find it on YouTube) with your feet in the water and follow the instructions 👇🏻

🚱 Don’t shower for the next 24 hours

#2: Learn to program your environment to heal and nourish you

🎵 Play soft relaxing music in the background all-day

🌸 Burn or diffuse Lavender essential oil

🕯 Light a candle

🤗 Keep warm throughout the day

🥤 Drink plenty of MINERAL water

🥙 Eat food that calms your nervous system

⛔️ Avoid coffee, matcha Green tea, chocolate, or cacao

Following these indications for 3 days will help you so that you have an emotional overload.
