๐Ÿšฑ Donโ€™t shower for the next 24 hours


#2: Learn to program your environment to heal and nourish you


๐ŸŽต Play soft relaxing music in the background all-day


๐ŸŒธ Burn or diffuse Lavender essential oil


๐Ÿ•ฏ Light a candle


๐Ÿค— Keep warm throughout the day


๐Ÿฅค Drink plenty of MINERAL water


๐Ÿฅ™ Eat food that calms your nervous system


โ›”๏ธ Avoid coffee, matcha Green tea, chocolate, or cacao
