#1: Energy Healing Hygiene

๐Ÿ’ฆ Fill it in with warm water


๐Ÿง‚ Add 2 tablespoons of salt (any salt)


๐Ÿงด 2 drops of Lavender essential oil


๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Watch an Emotional release meditation from Master Co (you'll find it on YouTube) with your feet in the water and follow the instructions ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป


๐Ÿšฑ Donโ€™t shower for the next 24 hours

#2: Learn to program your environment to heal and nourish you


๐ŸŽต Play soft relaxing music in the background all-day


๐ŸŒธ Burn or diffuse Lavender essential oil


๐Ÿ•ฏ Light a candle


๐Ÿค— Keep warm throughout the day


๐Ÿฅค Drink plenty of MINERAL water


๐Ÿฅ™ Eat food that calms your nervous system


โ›”๏ธ Avoid coffee, matcha Green tea, chocolate, or cacao



Following these indications for 3 days will help you so that you have an emotional overload.
