We have gathered here information for us to communicate with our partners in a way they understand and are ready to listen.

One of the major sources of frustration and conflict in a couple is not being able to listen and understand what their partner is trying to express.

Especially around the full moon time, the chances of getting into an argument increase because of how connected we are to our body, mind and environment.

To have the energy flowing in a relationship it's important to understand gender differences in communication.

Men are #singlefocus

If we think of men as #hunters and women as #gatherers

When men are hunting their focus goes to the pray, to them this is the point of hunting and so this is what they are looking for when a woman is talking. #Thepoint

There is no point! Your partner #trusts you which is why she shares this with you. Listen to her experience that's the point.#Men shine by physically doing things for their ladies and being physically affectionate. She receives constant reassurance of his love through these gestures.

When he’s sharing about his life and day, you want to contribute. You want to add another perspective and help him do even better. But this kind of love isn’t received as love at all. It doesn’t mean what you think it means.

Is the quickest way to turn a man off — literally. He stops opening up to you, and he’ll pull away. Ice cold or hot and defensive.

When you give him unsolicited advice, he thinks you don’t #trusthim to handle it himself. Trust is one of six primary ways a man feels loved. The opposite of trust — distrust — feels like the opposite of love — rejection. In response, he feels hurt, demoralized, and defensive. He #disconnects.

Men only experience that #testosterone high when they’re successful AND when they have enough testosterone to release in the first place.

Men need to take time apart from the relationship and relationship hormones (like estrogen, which inhibits testosterone production) in order to rebuild testosterone.

In order to #createconnection, and help him the MOST you can say:

“I believe in you. You’re so clever, and I know you’ll figure out a great solution.”

Your trust in him gives him the courage and energy to fight dragons — an issue at work shouldn’t be a problem.

The intimacy and connection lie in your trust and belief in #him.

Keep it short and create a point

Be kind and contribute to the peace in your relationship. Men are not women dressed as men, their brain functions differently. #Appreciate and #bekind.


For women, they spend time seeing all the present and future possibilities for gathering, to for them speaking, describing in great detail their experience is necessary to share valuable information.

A woman experiences intimacy through sharing her feelings, stories, and experiences but only when a man sits in front of her, looks her in the eyes, and really listens. She needs to feel heard.

Most #women think if they need us, they won’t leave us. That’s the belief at play here. And a belief we need to bust through in order to have a healthy relationship.

When we have enough oxytocin, giving feels good. Think about releasing oxytocin in an orgasm…it feels really good. Giving can also release oxytocin and has its own feel-good result.

However, giving only gives us a chemical pay off when we have enough oxytocin to release. When that well runs dry, we’re like a junkie who keeps going back for more even though we can’t get the same high from it. It’s the memory of the high we’re chasing, hoping to finally scratch the itch and feel fulfilled again… like we were in the beginning.

For Empaths to have a harmonious relationship the following needs to be in place:

  • Empower yourself

  • Know who you are

  • Know what you want in life

That, in turn, will show where you are heading. Create #Coherence in Your Heart, Mind and Body so your relationships will be a reflection of this.

5 Tips to Make Your Home a Loving Sanctuary

1. Declutter with Intention

Start this clearing process with Gratitude for the things you no longer need and give away. To make it more effective, follow your Instincts with an open heart. Saying things "I like I let go of" make you align with the same kind of energy you want to release. It is better to set out Intentions of what you want to attract into your life.


For example, use Mantras like "I am creating space for Endless Joy, Love, Peace, Prosperity and Beauty in my Home".


Avoid visual clutter. Make sure all the surfaces in your surroundings are clear. These include bed night, coffee and kitchen tables, countertops, beds and seating areas. After decluttering, clean your Home and proceed to Clear the Energy in it here is how. #declutter

2. Lighting

It's useful to think of Light as energy flowing through your Home like water. You want that energy to be clean, clear and buoyant.


To illuminate a space well, use decorating materials with good light-reflecting effects. It will help you visually expand the room, which is very important for small spaces. For example, glossy surface, white walls, mirrors and glass reflect Light very well.


To set a relaxing mood, use diffuse lighting or light candles. This is another way to add a lovely ambience to the room and calm the senses.


It's useful to think of Light as energy flowing through your Home like water. You want that energy to be clean, clear and buoyant.

3. Art Work

Make sure your artwork, collectables and photographs are congruent with your goals. Choose items to connect with what's meaningful to you.


Create focal points with art, objects or by highlighting beautiful views.

These can be:

  • A bowl of fresh fruit in the centre of a table

  • A Vase with flowers

  • A fire feature

  • Beautiful candles

  • Photographs and Paintings


4. Fresh Air

Let air circulate in the room try to open windows as often as you can, keep it clean and tidy. Bring beautiful scents into your Home by using an Oil diffuser or Oil Burner.


Indoor plants reduce toxins from indoor spaces, thus reoxygenating your Home. Try plants that need little maintenance and add a serene effect like succulents.


5. Sound

Sound can have therapeutic healing effects in your emotional and physical well-being. It reduces stress and depression. It is also considered to induce states of revitalisation and clarity.


Use sound to enhance the vibration of your Home, promote relaxation and concentration.


Create a soothing ambience of Peace by listening or using:

  • Soft Classical Music

  • Singing Bowls

  • Tuning Forks

I am an Empath too and I want to legitimise your sensitivity. The fact that you are the only person feeling something doesn't invalidate your perceptions.


Acceptance and Self-care

People who don't experience your reality might not be able to support or understand you. They are busy living their lives too. Accept and Love yourself as you are. As an empath, you need to have enough self-knowledge to articulate your needs.


Empathy can be a source of compassion, vitality, creativity and a tool to understand yourself and other people better.

The most important thing I have learned is that the best protection is no protection. Recognising, your needs as an empath is the first step in taking charge of your life. These simple acts improve your self-care technique and positively affect your relationships.

Here are some strategies to strengthen your Trust and help you to socialise more easily.

1. Have a daily Meditation

It centres your Energy, so you don't take it on from others. Meditation is a useful practice that helps relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. You'll feel less stressed, and your levels of the "stress hormone" cortisol decrease. #centreyourself


2. Clear you Energy

Be Present and Ground yourself in the moment in whatever activity you're doing. Take deep breaths throughout the day to relax, clear and focus.

Relaxing exercise:

  • Take a deep breath, and Imagine a conscious white light coming from your heart. This light cleanses, revitalises and nourishes you

  • Gently exhale

  • Focus your awareness in your heart

  • Emanate Love from it

  • See this light covering every molecule inside and around your body, your bedroom or office #energyclearing

3. Learn to say NO

Be firm—not defensive or apologetic—and polite. This gives the signal that you are sympathetic, but won't change your mind if pressured. Be clear. If you decide to tell the person you'll get back to them, make sure you'll do that. If you lead people to believe you'll likely say "yes" later, they'll be more disappointed with a later "no." No excuses are necessary. If asked for an explanation, remember that you don't owe anyone one. "It doesn't fit with my schedule," is perfectly acceptable. Get to know your LIMITS. #knowyourlimits

4. Avoid gossip and judgement at all times

Judging others drains the life-force nourishing energy from your body.

5. Create a space for you to retreat and recharge your Energy

Clear away visual clutter. It can make a huge difference in how you feel to take the clutter off the surfaces in your home. Keep tabletops, countertops and desks clutter-free. That alone can make your entire system relax and feel less overwhelmed.
